Monday….does Mother’s Day already seem like a memory? As a mom, Mother’s Day is always an important reminder for me to focus on self care. It’s so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day tasks and find myself surprised when after taking a break I exclaim- “I didn’t realize how much I needed that!” 

Mom-life never stops. Whether you are just beginning your motherhood journey, or are a seasoned Mom-Veteran, the importance of taking some time to care for yourself never diminishes- and it never seems to get easier. We have to be intentional about carving this time out for ourselves.  

This is why we have teamed up with Lindsay Malone RD, and members of the Marigold Wellness Collective to offer the FITMOM retreat- a day long retreat focused exclusively on your self care. The best part? You leave with a prepared healthy dinner to take home to your family so you can go home and let the good vibes continue!
