Step 1: Read the Guide
Download and read the Reset Guide for information on supplements, the daily process, the guide for planning, shopping, cooking, and more!
Step 2: Track Your Progress
Complete the Health Questionnaire before you begin. You’ll complete this form again after 10 days to see what improvements you’ve made. You can either repeat or start reintroducing foods back at this point, depending on your progress.
Step 3: Supplements
This Reset utilizes a detox shake and a fiber supplement to support your body’s natural detox pathways, blood sugar and hormone regulation. You do not have to use the supplements (changing your nutrition alone for 10 days might be enough for you- it’s ok to honor what your body is asking for!) but we encourage using them to get the most out of the 10 days. If you are going to use the supplements- please arrange to pick them up from the Practical Healing Office, or you can order online by using the link below. You will need: 1 container of Mediclear SGS and 1 jar of the FiberMend if you intend to use the supplements as suggested throughout the reset.
Step 4: Meal Plans and Preparations
Download and review meal plans. Prepare your space, create your grocery list and get started!

At this time we require a minimum notice of ONE WEEK if you would like to have your Reset Meals prepared for you. Meals may be picked up at Marigold Wellness Collective each Tuesday or Friday. Our apologies, but shipping is not available at this time and meal prep is only available for local pickup at 1348 Sharon Copley Road, Wadsworth, OH 42281. Please call 330-591-2444 to confirm your meal prep order and pick up time.
