The purpose of the group is to provide weekly support and accountability, and create community around healthy lifestyle changes. This virtual nutrition and lifestyle support group will be led by Functional Dietitian Lindsay Malone, RD, with special guest facilitators from time to time including Functional Medicine Practitioners, Health Coaches, and more!
