Stop Guessing, Start Testing
Metabolic:ID is a comprehensive metabolic health and lifestyle assessment. Our unique algorithm takes into account your biomarkers, biometric data, and lifestyle factors to generate your Metabolic:ID Score. Your Score Report will contain personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, providing insight into intervention strategies.
Why is metabolic health important?
Whether or not you are considered metabolically healthy may have a huge impact on both healthspan and lifespan. It is important that we address the foundational elements of a healthy lifestyle, and assess laboratory data to help us address the known risks associated with poor metabolic health.
Who is this for?
Whether you are a health optimizer wanting to establish a baseline, or someone who is already struggling and might be predisposed to chronic disease (including diabetes, or heart disease), this assessment will help you identify intervention points and provide personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations based on your individual results.
