Our Practical Healing Membership is a wonderful solution to establishing ongoing care and health maintenance. What’s Included in Practical Healing Membership:
- Three (3) follow-up visits with one of our Functional Medicine Practitioners
- Three (3) healing support credits (or 1 additional follow-up) to be utilized within your membership term
- One (1) Body Composition Analysis Scan
- Access to patient portal for secure communication of questions between appointments with your care team

1 CREDIT
- 30 minute appointment with Registered Dietitian
- 1 hour Counseling Session
(for established counseling clients only) - 60 min Floatation Therapy Session
- 30 min Infrared Sauna Session
- $50 Marigold Gift Certificate
2 CREDITS
- Initial consultation with Registered Dietitian
- Fitness Consultation with Celena Koerber NASM, CPT, CES, FNA, Human Movement Expert
- Initial Counseling Consultation with Mindy Wills
3 CREDITS
- Initial Physical or Occupational Therapy Assessment with Ohio Women’s Health Physical Therapy or Next Level Therapy
- One (1) Additional Functional Medicine Practitioner Follow-Up Appointment
Executive Membership
Annual Plan
Our Executive Membership is best suited for patients who desire an ongoing collaborative approach to health investigation, maintenance, and prevention.
Please note: Practical Healing offers a limited number of Executive Memberships in order to best serve our Members.
What’s Included in Executive Membership:
- Biannual Comprehensive BioMarker Assessments and InBody Analysis
- - Lab Fees and Phlebotomy Included
- - In depth lab evaluation of cardiometabolic markers, thyroid, key nutrient levels, inflammatory markers, hormones and more.
- - Body composition analysis
- Appointments with Your Functional Medicine Practitioner
- - Biannual 90 minute visits with comprehensive lab review with tailored recommendations
- - Additional visits / check in calls as needed or indicated
- Education and Support
- - Membership includes dedicated research time for your practitioner to review current literature related to your care or to address any inquiries
- - Medical Advocacy - communication with your specialists or primary care doctor if needed
- Advanced Functional Testing
- - One Functional Test per year included
- - Tests include but are not limited to: Microbiome evaluation, hormone metabolites and cortisol testing, nutrient evaluation, food sensitivity testing, mycotoxin evaluation and more
- Direct Access
- - Executive members have direct access to their practitioner for clinical questions and support via email, HIPAA compliant messaging via mobile app or by phone
- - Priority appointments (including some evening and weekend time slots)
