What Can I Expect?
The reset focuses on the Functional Medicine foundations of good nutrition, movement and rest. We focus on whole, minimally processed foods that nourish the body and take a break from less healthy foods that can kick up the immune response, disrupt sleep and contribute to food cravings.
The first week of the reset is an opportunity to stock your kitchen with the good stuff and clear out the holiday treats. Then we move into 3 weeks of fully planned meals and snacks featuring good for you snacks like pecan pie energy bites and take out dupes like egg roll in a bowl. You won’t feel deprived, in fact you will be excited to eat.
