The Complex Functional Medicine Assessment (CFMA) is for those who desire the same depth of insight, but on an accelerated schedule. Ideal for someone looking for a comprehensive baseline, or an expedited approach to uncovering foundational issues. Our team will coordinate all recommended testing upfront, and your practitioner will review your results ahead of your visit, provide an in-depth explanation during an extended consultation and deliver your comprehensive, personalized plan in a summary document- all within 8 weeks.
What’s Included
The CFMA includes curated elements of our most comprehensive testing, plus concierge-level coordination. This may include:
- Extensive Lab Panel – Comprehensive blood work covering metabolic, hormonal, cardiovascular, immune, and nutrient status.
- Advanced Functional Testing – Microbiome analysis, hormone mapping, food sensitivity testing, genetic testing (if desired) and other targeted assessments.
- Lengthened Results Consultation – One extended session to review your complete health profile in detail.
- Personalized Plan – Based on results of your testing, your practitioner will develop a comprehensive care plan that may include nutrition recommendations, supplement strategy, lifestyle modifications, and other specialty referrals for medical care.

Schedule your assessment. If you are not an established patient of the practice, you will be scheduled for a priority initial consultation to review your health history, goals, and current concerns to tailor your assessment and test ordering. (Weeks 1-2)

Complete all labs and functional tests. (Weeks 2-7)
Step 3
Meet for your extended results consultation. (Week 8)

Receive your summary document.
