In this FREE mini class you will learn an easy technique that can be used to record and reflect on daily emotions. It can be used for self-expression, processing emotions or for a family discussion starter. The technique can be incorporated into your meditation and self-expression, used with your journaling or done right in your daily calendar.

If you are wanting better nutrition habits to be a part of your family’s wellness journey but not sure how to introduce it in a way younger kids will want to participate, this class is for you!

This intro class is great for all family members, ages 4+. It introduces the idea of placing the foods we eat into categories by how often we should enjoy them rather than labeling foods as “good” or “bad.”

This 2.5 hour session will create the time and space to learn what it means to truly connect with our creator. Facilitated by Intercessory educator Shawnda Boysel, you will be led through a quiet time of prayer, journaling, and scripture. 

Registration Limited to 8 participants per session. We recommend bringing your favorite journal with you, but journals will be available for purchase.

**You do not need to be an artist to benefit from this session.  You cannot get art wrong!  The reward is in the act of creating and can even help during a wellbeing transformation.  This class is about the process.** 

This session begins with guided meditation.  You will have the opportunity to journal whatever you noticed while we were quiet together and present with our thoughts.  What you were mindful of becomes the starting point for the art!  I am able to help you co-create art from what you recognized or you can work independently with the remaining available time.  There will be an opportunity to share in a safe space what it meant to you and your finished piece as well as opportunity for discussion around some “common meanings.”  

When we are able to get quiet and present, our minds are able to go to the things we need to work through or want to focus on.  This session can be repeated as often as you would like or can be the starting point for one-on-one sessions for a deeper dive into ANY areas you want to set goals in.
