good health is waiting for you

Remember when you felt healthy? So many women I talk to recall a time in their lives when they were in a good routine with going to the gym, eating healthy, and getting to bed on time. It wasn’t effortless, but it required a routine and it worked. And then… life happened and all of a sudden it wasn’t so easy to do all the things.

Believe it or not, that person is still in there and that healthy feeling is within your grasp. Whether you have 5 lbs or 50 lbs to lose, whether you exercise once a week or not at all, if you are on the latest fad diet or busy feeding a family – good health is waiting for you. It doesn’t have to be complicated or difficult, but it does take work. Changing your habits comes down to:

  • Knowing What To Do
  • Increasing Your Motivation
  • Reducing Friction
A BIG PART OF CHANGE IS MAKING THE HEALTHY CHOICE THE DEFAULT

Having a process to follow and a built-in system of support helps. Reshape was built with busy women in mind – in fact, we used the same principles our team leans on every day to stay fit and healthy:

  • Sound Nutrition plans based on the latest scientific research
  • Meal plans and grocery lists for meals and snacks you and your family will actually want to eat
  • Weekly check ins for support and accountability
  • Food tracking to build awareness and make progress faster

A big part of change after you know what to do and have your motivation dialed in is making the healthy choice the default. This is the “reducing friction” part of the behavior change equation. Imagine you get home from work and are contemplating take out when you walk in to the smell of fresh chili in your slow cooker. Its much easier to skip the take out trap when you have dinner hot and ready to go. Now, imagine your alarm goes off for a morning workout and you want to go back to bed when you remember you told a friend you’d meet them for a walk. You can’t leave your friend hanging! There are lots of little ways we can help you structure your day to make the healthy choice the easy choice.

You already know this, but its worth saying – anything worth doing takes effort and can be uncomfortable. But, you can pick your discomfort. Many women describe feeling uncomfortable in their bodies or with their current routines. So why not be uncomfortable working towards the best version of yourself?

Come join us and get that healthy feeling back before the holidays. We are cheering for you!
